Bellydance, or "Raks Sharki," is evidently one of the oldest dances in existence, having origins in the Middle East. In all of its forms--from Turkish, Cabaret, Tribal, Egyptian, and various fusions--its beauty is incomparable, forming communities of the most talented, gracious and joyful people all around the world today. This blog's purpose is to share with the world the extraordinary beauty of all that is Bellydance.
